Armik Shahhony successfully rebuilt his company after the harsh economic downturn. By expanding his market, finding niche industries and diligently working, he rapidly outgrew their manufacturing location and needed to relocate to a larger space to meet the higher volume of work.
In 2014, with the help of SBA, So Cal CDC and Economic Development Collaborative – Ventura County, Armik Shahoony was able to purchase a commercial building in Simi Valley and move the entire operation to the new location in July of 2014.
“With SoCal CDC’s experienced staff, we were able to relocate into the much needed larger space,
at a time when we couldn’t have otherwise.”
Armik Shahoony, President 3D Lettering Corp.
The team of mother and daughter have been expanding and growing their business consistently for years. With the lease of the existing location coming to an end and with dreams of expanding the business and products Amerisal Foods offers, they made the decision to finally take the next step and purchase a building for their operations.
The relocation gave them the opportunity of fixing overhead expenses while they personalized the building to their needs.
SoCal CDC and the participating lender worked diligently to meet the escrow timing and close the transaction fast and without any problems.
“It was a pleasure working with SoCal CDC. Thank you for making our dream possible.
We will refer you anytime!”
Vanessa Faggiolly, CEO Amerisal Foods
